You are cordially invited to help us perfect our second crowd-sourced federal law. We need you to proofread, point out internal contradictions, and, perhaps the most important, answer the question "What's missing?"As you may know, the Daily Kos group Support the Dream Defenders crowd-sourced a federal law about a year ago, the Michael Brown Over-Policed Rights Act. After we completed it with the support of over 700 Kossacks, our law was endorsed by the NAACP and the ACLU, and pieces of our law later appeared in a federal law and in Justice Department reports on over-policing.

For non-lawyers, rebuttable presumption, rebuttable presumption, and rebuttable presumption. ;o)
